Carrie;
Hi,this is the first time I have been on your site and I copied down your copycat shamrock shake recipe.I have a magic bullet blender for one person.I am lactose intolerant to iI can only use lactose free milk,and lactose free vanilla ice cream.I can have the mint extract and the food coloring in this recipe.
I am a diabetic and I am pleased to hear that there is no sugar in this recipe.can I use the stevia liquid
vanilla drops in your recipe?I am going to copy down some more of your recipes to make them at home.
I am also visually impaired or partially sighted with limited vision and I use large print measuring cups and spoons to bake recipes or cook recipes on the stove.I will let you know what I think of your recipe after I make it in my blender,if I can make it in my 1 person blender.
Kim
Hi Kim, we haven’t personally made the copycat shamrock shake recipe in this round-up yet, but agree with you – it looks amazing. You’ll have to reach out directly to the author of that post to get her thoughts on whether you could make them with lactose free products of Stevia liquid vanilla drops. Her name is Mindi at Moms Need to Know. Here’s the link to the original recipe — http://momsneedtoknow.com/copycat-shamrock-shake-recipe/ Enjoy your minty treat!
Best wishes,
Carrie
