Hi, Idea Insiders! Today we’re thrilled to announce our 2021-22 Kenarry Creative Team. This website wouldn’t be possible without a talented team of bloggers who work along with us to bring you great ideas for your home and family.
Once a month, each of these bloggers shares a new and creative recipe, craft, DIY project, home decor idea, or other inspiring home tips. The members of this year’s Creative Team will be contributing their incredible ideas for the home from October 2021 through May 2022.

Meet The 2021-22 Creative Team
We are honored that these talented bloggers are on our team. If they sound familiar – it’s because they are. They’ve already shared plenty of fantastic ideas here on this site for at least a year or more.
We are thrilled about this amazing group of bloggers who were selected for this year’s Creative Team. You might recognize them since all of them have already been sharing their clever ideas here for a least a year or more.
In order to celebrate each team member (and to pump up the excitement) we are sharing their bios and photos, along with how you can follow them on social media. We will also showcase the best fall ideas from each of their blogs. We hope you discover some new ideas that you want to try and get to know all of these bloggers a little better over the next year.

An accounting clerk by day and a self-proclaimed Pinterest addict by night, you are sure to find creative ideas and meal inspirations at The Birch Cottage.

Trish is a sleep-deprived self-proclaimed tea addict, passionate volunteer, football fanatic, wife, and proud momma to two boys born 16 years apart. She is also the creator and dreamer behind her self-titled lifestyle blog, By Trish Sutton.
Trish’s passion for helping others and desire to keep things simple has kept her dedicated to sharing a variety of topics on her website including family, food, and travel. She especially loves creating printables and often takes special requests from her readers.

Lisa is the founder and content creator of the food blog, Sugar Agenda. Her website focuses on fun, fabulous recipes for families to enjoy. A total family gal, Lisa enjoys going on culinary adventures with her husband and son. When she’s not in the kitchen, she’s likely catching up with friends or enjoying a day at the spa.

Amanda is a blogger, high school Spanish teacher, mom, and wife. She loves turning their 115-year-old house into a home and cooking delicious meals for her family. Amanda has been blogging at Old House to New Home for over five years, sharing easy, family-friendly recipes.

Keri Houchin – One Mama’s Daily Drama
Keri is a writer, graphic designer, wife, and mom of two from Texas. She began One Mama’s Daily Drama when her teens were little as a way to help parents navigate the chaos of family life. She is passionate about planning, organizing, and helping other parents find practical solutions to everyday challenges.
As an independent contractor, Keri also serves as our graphic designer creating images for both Ideas for the Home by Kenarry and Clutter Keeper, our home organization blog.

Michelle James – Our Crafty Mom
Michelle is the founder and creator of Our Crafty Mom, a DIY blog focusing on crafts, home decorating, refinishing furniture, and upcycling — all done on a budget! She has two grown children, who inspired her blog name. Her Dad is her biggest blog supporter and very own “personal American Picker”, finding most of the furniture pieces she refinishes. She has been featured on DIY Network, Craft Gawker, Dwelling Gawker, and many popular DIY blogs. She loves thrift store shopping and flea markets.

Suzy Myers – Suzy’s Sitcom
Suzy has a background in fine art, graphic design, and photography, and created Suzy’s Sitcom in 2010 as a way to document new and original art and craft ideas. Her website features arts, crafts, and humor, with a specialty in vintage and recycled crafts, quilting, and sewing.
Suzy and her husband live and work on a farm in New York. Many of her ideas are inspired by the animals and wildlife that can be found there.

Linda Tieu – Tortagialla
Linda is the creative designer behind tortagialla, a creative blog sharing her artwork and printable designs. She loves stationery, art journaling, scrapbooking, and all things paper and DIY. With free printables on her blog, Linda hopes to share her love of paper crafting with you. Annie Kearns – Venture 1105
Annie is an independent contractor who focuses on SEO strategy, editing, and writing blog posts for Kenarry. She’s also instrumental in helping us create content and strategy for our Clutter Keeper brand and website. Annie grew up in a small town in Kansas with a passion for writing and a hunger to experience the world “beyond the rainbow.” Today, she lives in West Virginia with her husband and their blended family of 7 children. Together, they have a West Virginia food and travel blog called Venture1105.

Samantha Root – A Home to Grow Old In
Samantha is an independent contractor who serves as the Social Media Manager for Kenarry as well as our Clutter Keeper website. Samantha has lived in Massachusetts her whole life. She grew up on the ocean and recently moved a couple of hours inland. While the home was pretty much move-in ready, she loves adding her personal touch to every room. Being raised by a very creative mother who was always working on a craft, Samantha enjoyed getting involved and to this day still learns from her. She loves going to the beach, cooking, and crafting with her husband and their three boys.

Samantha Moltke is an independent contractor who serves as the Newsletter Writer for Kenarry as well as our Clutter Keeper website. Sam is a Florida native who now lives in Colorado where she works in human resources by day. In her spare time, she loves cooking delicious goodies, hiking with her dogs, writing amazing content, and spending time with her husband.
Sam’s been working with Kenarry, LLC since July 2018. As a freelance writer, she’s also written several blog posts for Clutter Keeper and created content for Sunshine Villa, our short-term vacation rental home.
Carrie Ypma – Ideas for The Home by Kenarry
Last, but not least, there’s me, Carrie Ypma (pronounced EEpma, in case you’ve been wondering)! I’m the chief writer, crafter, and cook here at Ideas for the Home by Kenarry. My husband, Kent, and I started Kenarry in 2013 as a way to create and curate ideas that are useful for home and family life. I enjoy sharing recipes, trying new craft ideas, planning for parties and events as well as organizing and decorating. When I’m not blogging, preparing meals or picking up around the house, you’re bound to find me hidden away in a castle under the stairs reading or playing games with my two young boys.
In addition to Ideas for the Home by Kenarry, Kent and I also own and operate two other small business ventures: Clutter Keeper for home organization tips and products and Sunshine Villa at Glenbrook Resort, a short-term vacation rental home near Walt Disney World in Orlando.
