Introducing the 2022-23 Creative Team for Ideas for the Home by Kenarry®. Meet the 11 talented bloggers who will share their great recipes, crafts, decor, and DIY ideas in the coming year.
Hi, Idea Insiders! Today we’re excited to announce our 2022-23 Kenarry Creative Team. This website wouldn’t be possible without a talented team of bloggers who work along with us to bring you great ideas for your home and family.
Once a month, each of these bloggers shares a new and creative recipe, craft, DIY project, home decor idea, or other inspiring home tips. This year’s Creative Team members will be contributing their incredible ideas for the home from October 2022 through May 2023.
MEET THE 2022-23 CREATIVE TEAM
We are thrilled about this amazing group of bloggers who were selected for this year’s Creative Team. This year, we have some returning members and a handful of brand-new ones. We are honored to have such a talented team and are thrilled that so many wanted to return to share even more ideas with you for another year!
In order to celebrate each team member (and to pump up the excitement) we are sharing their bios and photos, along with how you can follow them on social media. We will also showcase the best fall ideas from each of their blogs. We hope you discover some new ideas you want to try this fall and get to know all these bloggers a little better over the next year.

LISA FAVRE – SUGAR AGENDA
Lisa is the founder and content creator of the food blog, Sugar Agenda. Her website focuses on fun, fabulous recipes for families to enjoy. A total family gal, Lisa enjoys going on culinary adventures with her husband and son. When she’s not in the kitchen, she’s likely catching up with friends or enjoying a day at the spa.
She’s also busy managing affiliate marketing and social media scheduling for all Kenarry LLC websites and writing for both Messy Momma Crafts, and Easy Recipe Depot.

JOANNIE HAMBEL – HAMBELS GET REAL
Joannie is a seasoned DIYer who loves home remodeling. She began her day journey in 2013 when she drew plans and convinced her husband they could tear the roof off of their single-story home and add a second story. They DIY’d the entire addition and blogged about it at hambelsgetreal.com. A mother of four and a registered nurse, Joannie spends her spare time working in her wood shop or adding character to her home. She enjoys simple crafts to complex builds and sharing them with you.

Keri is a writer, graphic designer, wife and mom of two from Texas. She began One Mama’s Daily Drama when her teens were little as a way to help parents navigate the chaos of family life. She is passionate about planning, organizing and helping other parents find practical solutions to everyday challenges.
As an independent contractor, Keri also serves as our graphic designer creating images for both Ideas for the Home by Kenarry and Clutter Keeper, our home organization blog.

She has two grown children, who inspired her blog name. Her Dad is her biggest blog supporter and very own “personal American Picker”, finding most of the furniture pieces she refinishes. She has been featured on DIY Network, Craft Gawker, Dwelling Gawker and many popular DIY blogs. She loves thrift store shopping and flea markets.

Suzy has a background in fine art, graphic design and photography, and created Suzy’s Sitcom in 2010 as a way to document new and original art and craft ideas. Her website features arts, crafts and humor, with a specialty in vintage and recycled crafts, quilting and sewing.
Suzy and her husband live in a RV as they travel the country. Many of her ideas are inspired by the things that they see and do while they travel.

In her downtime, you can find her binge-watching “The Office” reruns with her high school sweetheart, John.

Jody is an independent contractor that makes and sells creative content. Even though she doesn’t have her own blog, she’s still very busy creating crafts and photography ideas for people.

Libbie has always been a design geek. She can’t remember a time that she wasn’t trying to put her personal stamp on her living spaces – starting with her very first paint choice, which was called Teddy Bear Pink and horrible (she was 9).
DIY’ing something Libbie couldn’t find or couldn’t afford to buy (during her single mom years) and last year where she renovated a distressed property (during the pandemic) into an Airbnb. A Life Unfolding is where she shares design, decor, DIY’s, and all things home.

Annie is an independent contractor who focuses on SEO strategy, editing and writing blog posts for Kenarry. She’s also instrumental in helping us create content and strategy for our Clutter Keeper brand and website. Annie grew up in a small town in Kansas with a passion for writing and a hunger to experience the world “beyond the rainbow.” Today, she lives in West Virginia with her husband and their blended family of 7 children. Together, they have a West Virginia food and travel blog called Venture1105.

Samantha Gorbatyuk is an independent contractor who serves as the Newsletter Writer for Kenarry as well as our Clutter Keeper website. Sam is a Florida native who now lives in Colorado where she works in human resources by day. In her spare time, she loves cooking delicious goodies, hiking with her dogs, writing amazing content and spending time with her husband.
Sam’s been working with Kenarry, LLC since July 2018. As a freelance writer, she’s also written several blog posts for Clutter Keeper and created content for Sunshine Villa, our short-term vacation rental home.
CARRIE YPMA – IDEAS FOR THE HOME BY KENARRY
Last, but not least, there’s me, Carrie Ypma (pronounced EEpma, in case you’ve been wondering)! I’m the chief writer, crafter and cook here at Ideas for the Home by Kenarry. My husband, Kent and I started Kenarry in 2013 as a way to create and curate ideas that are useful for home and family life. I enjoy sharing recipes, trying new craft ideas, planning parties and events and organizing and decorating. When I’m not blogging, preparing meals, or picking up around the house, you’re bound to find me hidden away in a castle under the stairs reading or playing games with my two young boys.
In addition to Ideas for the Home by Kenarry, Kent and I also own and operate two other small business ventures: Clutter Keeper for home organization tips and products and Sunshine Villa at Glenbrook Resort, a short term vacation rental home near Walt Disney World in Orlando.
