How to Make Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pretzels

Directions:

1. Prepare

Prepare countertop or baking sheets with a layer of wax paper then set it aside. (It takes me four baking sheets.)

2. Melt the chocolate

Pour the entire package of white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl then microwave the chips on high for 60 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir continuously until all of the white chocolate chips have melted.

3. Add Peanut Butter

Next add 1/3 cup peanut butter to the bowl of melted chocolate then microwave it for 45 more seconds. Remove the bowl from the microwave, add an additional teaspoon of peanut butter to the bowl then stir it until the chocolate peanut butter mixture is smooth.

4. Dip the pretzels

Dip pretzels into white chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Flip the pretzel to cover both sides then place the dipped pretzel on your prepared baking sheet. (I use a fork to dip and flip the pretzels.)

5. Wait and refrigerate.

Allow the first layer of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels time to set before moving on to the chocolate drizzle. (On warm days I recommend placing the pan in the refrigerator to set.)

6. Melt more chocolate.

Next heat 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-45 seconds then stir the melted chocolate until it is smooth.

7. Drizzle the chocolate.

Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the dipped pretzels.
