Ingredients
Meatballs:
1/4cuplow fat milk
1/4cupplain bread crumbs
20oz.ground turkey breast
1Egglightly beaten
2Garlic Clovesminced
1/3cupthinly sliced green onions
1/2teaspoonSalt
1/4cupchopped cilantro
2tablespoonssoy sauce
2teaspoonsSesame Oil
Dipping Sauce:
3TBsoy sauce
2tspSesame Oil
2TBfresh lime juice
2TBWater
1garlic cloveminced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix well. Form into 20 meatballs (about a 1/4 cup each) and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl. When the meatballs have finished cooking, transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with some of the prepared sauce.
Serve meatballs over rice with remaining sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
