Ingredients
1lbground beef
24miniphyllo cups
1/2cupchunky salsa
1/4cuptaco sauce
1/4cup taco seasoning
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
sour cream, salsafor serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add ground beef to a skillet. Cook until no longer brown. Add taco sauce, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Line phyllo cups on a sheet pan. Add a scant teaspoon (a cookie scoop works great!) to each cup. Top with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
