  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Green Candy Melts
  • 1/2 Cup White Nonpareil Sprinkles

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Mix in a large egg and 1 TBSP vanilla extract.
  • Slowly mix in the 2 1/4 cups flour.
  • Roll the cookie dough out onto a piece of floured parchment paper and use a scalloped cookie cutter to cut out as many cookies as you can.
  • Transfer the cookie cut outs to the baking pan, bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, heat the candy melts on 50% power for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  • Cut a tiny tip off the bottom of a decorating bag and fill it with the melted candy melts.
  • Draw a tree onto each cookie using a back and forth motion.
  • Immediately top with white sprinkles and let harden at room temperature.
