1cupwater
3large eggs
4cupslight blue candy melts
1/4cupblue sugar sprinkles
4cupsvanilla frosting
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with oil, eggs and water.
Fill each cupcake liner 3/4 full with cake batter, bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
Place a large star decorating tip in the bottom of a decorating bag, fill the bag with vanilla frosting and twist the top closed.
In a small microwave safe bowl, heat the candy melts on 50% power for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Cut a tiny tip off the bottom of a decorating bag and fill it with the melted candy melts.
Fill the silicone snowflake molds with the melted candy melts, tap the mold on the counter to get rid of air bubbles and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
Frost each cupcake with the bag of frosting, top with a blue chocolate snowflake and blue sugar sprinkles.
