Instructions
First, use a
foam brush
to add
mod podge
to the wood frame of the embroidery hoop. Sprinkle glitter onto the frame.
Place the embroidery hoop on top of the felt and cut a square a little larger than the hoop.
Open the hoop by loosening the screw. Place the cut felt into the hoop and tighten the screw so it is secure.
Cut a piece of glitter paper to fit the back of the hoop and trim it so it is rounded around the edges.
Attach the cut glitter paper to the frame with hot glue.
Cut out a festive shape with your vinyl cutting machine and attach it to the felt.
Hot glue a bow to the top of the hoop ornament and a ribbon for hanging.
