1/2CupButter
1LargeEgg
216ozVanilla Frosting
1/4CupWhite Nonpareil Sprinkles
1/4CupPink Sugar Sprinkles
1DropPink Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine sugar cookie mix with butter and egg and mix well. If dough is too thick, add a tablespoon of water. If dough is too moist, add a few tablespoons of flour.
Roll the dough out onto a floured surface.
Use the large round cookie cutter to cut out the bunny, and use the small scalloped cookie cutter to cut out the bunny's tail.
Transfer the cookies to the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until they're lightly golden in color.
Let the cookies cool.
Fill a decorating bag with frosting and cut a 1/2" tip off the bottom.
Frost the outer edge of the cookies first in a zig-zag pattern and work your way in toward the center.
Frost the bunny tails the same way but add both sprinkles to the tail. Stick the tail onto the bottom of the bunny cookie.
