Ingredients
10cupsPopped Popcorn
1/2cupButter
1cupBrown Sugar (packed)
2tablespoonsCorn Syrup
1bagMarshmallows (10 ounce bag)
1teaspoonVanilla
Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil then spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray and set the baking sheet aside.
Pour popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl then set it aside.
Add butter to a large sized sauce pan and melt the butter over medium heat.
After the butter has melted add the brown sugar and corn syrup to the saucepan and continue to heat over medium heat while stirring the mixture until it is well combine.
Add marshmallows to the pan; then continue to stir all of the ingredients until the marshmallows are melted.
Remove the pan from the heat and add vanilla, stir until well combined then pour the mixture over the popcorn and gently stir the popcorn snack until the popcorn is covered.
Pour the Popcorn Snack onto your prepared baking sheet then allow the treat to cool completely.
