Ingredients
1/2bagMini Pretzel Twistsapproximately half a bag (approx. 16 ounce)
1bagbag White Chocolate Chips12 ounce
1/3cup& 1 teaspoon Creamy Peanut Butterdivided
1cupSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Prepare countertop or baking sheets with a layer of wax paper then set it aside. (It takes me four baking sheets.)
Pour the entire package of white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl then microwave the chips on high for 60 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir continuously until all of the white chocolate chips have melted.
Next add 1/3 cup peanut butter to the bowl of melted chocolate then microwave it for 45 more seconds. Remove the bowl from the microwave, add an additional teaspoon of peanut butter to bowl then stir it until the chocolate peanut butter mixture is smooth.
Dip pretzels into white chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Flip the pretzel to cover both sides then place the dipped pretzel on prepared baking sheet. (I use a fork to dip and flip the pretzels.)
Allow the first layer of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels time to set before moving on to the chocolate drizzle. (On warm days I recommend placing the pan in the refrigerator to set.)
Next heat 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-45 seconds then stir the melted chocolate until it is smooth.
Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the dipped pretzels.
Allow time for the chocolate drizzle to set before removing the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels from the pan. Store these salty, sweet & crunchy treats in an airtight container; they can be kept it in the refrigerator, as well as, on the counter at room temperature. Enjoy!
