Ingredients
For the meatballs:
2lbslean ground beef
1/4cupmilk
1/4cupplain breadcrumbs
2tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1/4tsp onion powder
For the sauce:
1/2onion, diced
30ozgrape jelly
8ozsriracha sauce
2tbspcornstarch
ranch dressing, green onions, for garnish and dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all meatball ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined. Roll into small, 1 inch meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
While meatballs cook, add onion, grape jelly, and sriracha sauce to the slow cooker. When meatballs are done, add to the slow cooker. Put the lid on and cook for 4 hours on low. One hour before serving, whisk in the corn starch and let cook one more hour.
