Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Separate asparagus into 12 bundles.
Lay bundles on a sheet pan. Starting at the bottom of each bundle, wrap the bacon tightly, ending with the loose end on the bottom. Repeat for all bundles.
Sprinkle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Place in the oven. Roast for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle balsamic drizzle on. Return to oven for 15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and the bacon is crispy. Serve with more balsamic if desired.
