Italian sausages
cut in half

white onion
sliced

red peppers

pasta sauce

seasoned bread crumbs

grated parmesan cheese

olive oil
Instructions
Turn Instant Pot to saute. Add olive oil. When hot, add sausages. Cook 2-3 minutes, turning frequently to brown.
Add onions, pepper, sauce, and water. Turn saute off and turn Pressure Cook High on. Set timer to 18 minutes. Put on lid and seal.
Let cook, then naturally release. Once released, open lid and add breadcrumbs and cheese and let simmer until thickened. Serve hot.
