Instructions
Pour honey into a saucepan and add the grated lemon peel and lemon juice. Heat over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring gently a couple of times to incorporate the lemon into the honey. Be sure to keep an eye on your honey as it will burn easily.
Remove from heat and allow to cool on the counter for at least 3 hours.
