boiled eggs
chopped

Greek yogurt

relish

Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Half a medium-sized tomato
diced
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, add chopped boiled eggs and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients: relish, mustard, salt and pepper, diced tomato, and mix thoroughly.
Serve as a sandwich using your favorite healthy bread (we prefer brown, whole wheat, or sourdough!)
