Vanilla Chai Mug Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
An easy and versatile treat that ready to eat in less than 5 minutes.
- 5 tbsp. Flour
- 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. Oil
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp. powdered chai latte
- 2 tbsp. apple sauce
- 1 tbsp. softened butter
- 2 tbsp. softened cream cheese
- 3 tbsp. powder sugar
Add all dry ingredients into a large mug.
Mix in wet ingredients. Stir well.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
While in the microwave add frosting ingredients to a small sandwich bag. Mix ingredients in the bag then cut off one corner of the bag.
Remove mug cake from microwave and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
Pipe frosting onto the cake and sprinkle with more chai.
