Ingredients
3cupsegg noodles
¼cupbutter
¼cupflour
2cupsmilk
3cupscheddar cheesedivided
3tsppaprika
Salt and pepperto taste
½cupbreadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large pot, cook egg noodles according to the package’s instructions. Drain and set aside.
Next, over medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour.
Add milk a little bit at a time (about ¼ cup at a time) and whisk. Keep on adding then whisking, until smooth.
Add two cups of cheese and mix until completely melted. Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Pour cheese mixture over noodles.
Pour the coated noodles in a casserole dish.
Top off with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
