Instructions
Measure how much water you need by placing candle jar in microwave safe bowl and adding water until it is just above the wax line. Don't place water over the wax.
Remove candle jar from bowl and set aside.
Heat water in mircowave until hot but not boiling.
Carefully remove hot water from microwave and place jar back in the center for 5-10 minutes.
Remove jar and carefully slide a thin knife all the way around between the candle and the sides of the jar. If it doesnt come away easily, put it back in the hot water for a few more minutes.
Invert jar onto a paper towel and the wax should slide rigght out.
While the jar is still warm use another paper towel to wipe away as much excess wax residue from the inside as possible.
Place the jar on its side in the hot water and roll it around to helpmelt and remove anymore wax residue.
While the jar is still hot you should be able to remove the label, if not you can heat it up with a blow dryer and peel it back until you are able to remove it.
Rub it down inside and out with a clean dishtowel or paper towel.
Give your jar a final wash in warm water and dawn.
