How to make Cinnamon Ornaments

How to make wonderfully scented Cinnamon Ornaments with a few simple ingredients!

Supplies

  • 1-1/2 cup Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 tbsp. White glue
  • 1 set Cookie Cutters
  • 1 each straw Optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cinnamon, applesauce and glue to create a soft dough.
  • Roll out to about 1/4" thick using a rolling pin.
  • Cut the ornaments out with cookie cutters.
  • To create a hole to hang, use the end of a straw to punch a hole in each ornament.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 2-1/2 hours.
  • Allow to cool and decorate if desired.
