Jelly Beans
Instructions
Add the butter, sugar, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder to a pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Stir consistently, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute, and remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Measure 3 cups of oats and mix into the chocolate mixture.
Use an ice cream scoop and scoop the cookie mixture onto a parchment or waxed paper lined baking sheet.
Add 3 jelly beans to each cookie and let harden at room temperature for 1 hour.
