Shredded Beef Recipe: Easy Slow Cooker Tacos

Ingredients

pound
beef round roast
1 - 10
oz.
can of hot red enchilada sauce
3/4
cup
chopped onion
1
oz
packet of taco seasoning
1/3 cup
Instructions
Lightly coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
Trim the fat off the roast and then place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the can of enchilada sauce over the beef roast.
Add the chopped onion and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Cover and cook on high for four hours or low for 8 hours.
Shred the beef with two forks.
Serve on tortillas with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Enjoy!
