Easter Egg Cookie Pizza

For a fun and colourful treat, make this easy Easter Egg Cookie Pizza. It's a great quick last minute dessert and a fun activity to do with kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 16.5 oz refrigerated mini chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • chocolate candy Easter eggs chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12" pizza pan with parchment paper. Break up cookie dough into pieces and press into pan with lightly floured fingers. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • In a mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cooled cookie.
  • Sprinkle cookie with chopped chocolate candy Easter eggs.
  • Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to cut slices.
