No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are melt-in-your-mouth delicious - plus they're SUPER easy to make!

Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Base

stick butter
melted (about ½ cup)

cup
graham cracker crumbs

cups
confectioners’ sugar
1 ¼

peanut butter
For the Topping
2
cups
milk chocolate chips
¼
cup
peanut butter
Instructions
Line a 9x9 inch square pan with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
Add melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and confectioners’ sugar into a large bowl and combine.
Add peanut butter and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan. Be sure it’s even and packed.
Using the double boiler method, melt chocolate chips. Add peanut butter and melt and mix together.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer - use a spatula to make sure the chocolate topping is even.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Cut into 9 squares before serving.
