'Tis the season to gather with friends and family for holiday cocktail parties! Bacon Spinach Blossoms with roasted red peppers and Italian cheeses are a festive holiday appetizer your Christmas guests will devour.

8oz.seamless crescent dough
8slicesof baconcooked and crumbled
12oz.jar of roasted red pepperschopped
1cupfresh baby spinach
1cupItalian shredded cheese blend
Roll out the crescent dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and crumbled bacon bits. Use a spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture in a thin layer across the crescent dough.
Top with chopped roasted red peppers.
Create a layer of baby spinach. No need to chop the baby spinach in advance. Just remove the stems.
Sprinkle with Italian shredded cheese.
Roll the crescent dough end-to-end lengthwise. Tuck the baby spinach leaves in as you go. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Carefully cut the crescent dough roll into 1/2 inch slices with a sharp knife.
Place the sliced Bacon Spinach Blossoms on a lightly greased cookie sheet a few inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
