Ingredients

medium sized potatoes

medium sized onions

tablespoons
olive oil

Mediterranean sea salt or coarse salt

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Wash the potatoes. Cut them in half, then quarter them. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer in the baking dish.
Peel and cut the onions into large chunks. Separate the layers of the onion and spread them over the potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Stir every 20 minutes so the wedges cook evenly.
