This is the absolute BEST silver cleaner I have ever used. A simple way to clean the tarnish away from your silver within minutes! No scrubbing necessary. It’s like MAGIC!
Hi there! Alycia from Our Homestead Where My Heart Is here.
I found these large silver pieces in an online “garage sale” and just knew that they had so much potential, and so much more life left in them!
I am a sucker for detail.
Can’t you just see these pieces on my bookshelves and in other nooks and crannies around my house? I couldn’t help but imagine it.

So, of course I went on a search for the best silver cleaner.
After all of my research this is what I found.
Yep, it’s as simple as that!
Line your sink with aluminum foil, shiny side up. Fill with hot water, then add 2 cups of washing soda.
Submerge your silver and let sit for 10-20 minutes.
You will literally watch the tarnish float away.
What did I tell you! The best silver cleaner out there.
Just a few simple household items and less than 30 minutes out of your day can make a find like this enchanting!
For comparison here are two trays.
One has been cleaned and the other hasn’t. The difference is astonishing don’t you think?
