Cinco de Mayo
We love Mexican food around here and so we never forget a Taco Tuesday or a Cinco de Mayo. I think it’s a great way to talk to the boys about other cultures and their holidays and learn about a different way of life, history, and doing things.
Some of our favorite Cinco de Mayo recipes are salsa verde chicken enchiladas, taco salad, corn and avocado salsa, and breakfast enchiladas, The boys especially love putting different expressions on these fun taco faces!
