Happy Holidays! Amanda here from Old House to New Home, sharing one of my family’s favorite appetizer recipes, Mini Taco Tarts!

With New Year’s Eve just a few days away and the Super Bowl coming up in a few weeks, this recipe for Mini Taco Cups is just what you need.

These Mini Taco Cups are so versatile! They are a great low key appetizer that you will only spend a few minutes on and they are perfect for cocktail parties or tailgate parties! I have been known to serve them as a light dinner too! My daughters scarf these up and make Taco Tuesday all the more fun!

I have been bringing these little mini tacos to parties because I love that I can make them the night before, refrigerate and then bake right before I need them! There is nothing better than a no stress, make ahead appetizer.

How to Make Mini Taco Cups

These mini tacos only take minutes and you can make them the night before and bake right before serving!
