Hello everyone!
Ashley from 3 Little Greenwoods back today with another awesome blogger that I can’t wait to introduce to you!
Her name is Jen and her blog is Pink When (click here to learn where this fun blog name came from!). Just like a lot of us, Jen worked in the corporate world for 10 years before deciding to stay home with her four children. She’s been crafting, cooking, creating and sharing with her readers ever since starting her blog several years ago.
DIY Furniture Projects
This DIY Farmhouse Table was the very first project Jen and her husband tackled together. It replaced a small, glass top patio table that was not working for their family of six. There is a great tutorial for this farmhouse table and the matching benches on her blog.
Jen always wanted to have an herb garden in their small yard but with 4 children and 2 dogs there wasn’t much room left. So she decided to solve the problem by building a DIY Herb Garden from a Wood Pallet. I love this space saving idea!
A few years ago Jen’s family visited friends in Colorado. They had just purchased a beautiful home on the side of a mountain with incredible views. Everyone enjoyed time on their sprawling deck but it was lacking one simple thing to make it all perfect….seating!
So what do Jen and her husband do? They built fabulous DIY Adirondack Chairs for them to enjoy the spectacular Colorado mountain views!
Crowd Pleasing Dinner Recipes
My boys are all about meatballs so this Italian Style Meatballs recipe is definitely going on my menu planning rotation. The recipe is packed with flavor and since they are cooked in muffin tins they are super simple to make! It’s also an easy way to keep all of the meatballs separate for better cooking.
College football season is right around the corner! This year I’m definitely making this easy Chili Recipe. Paired with lots of yummy toppings and crunchy corn chips and I will be the hero of the tailgate party!
Mouth Watering Dessert Recipes
Jen has an awesome list of dessert recipes on her blog! Here are just a few of my favorites:
Looking for the perfect summer dessert? Got 10 minutes?
Then this No Bake Strawberry Strawberry Cloud Cake is just what you are searching for!
If strawberries aren’t your thing then check out this S’Mores Cake Recipe! This is perfect for large family cookouts and will make you the BEST dessert maker on the planet!
