Looking for FREE printable planner stickers to spice up your planning game? Check out these coffee-themed designs that you can download and print from home.
Hello! I’m Linda from tortagialla and I’m excited to share my free printable planner sticker designs with you.
From bullet journaling to traditional calendar planners, it’s no surprise that planning is all the rage these days. Writing down your goals, scheduling tasks and reviewing them regularly helps to keep us organized and productive.
But the process can be a lot of fun as well, because we can decorate our planners while we use them. Sometimes it’s pretty lettering or doodles, but I think the easiest way to embellish is with printable stickers!
That’s why I created these printable planner stickers, inspired by my love for coffee. I suppose it’s a love hate relationship, because sometimes we can have too much of a good thing!
Instead of pouring myself one cup too many, I suppose a cute coffee sticker to decorate my planner might be a better option. And the best part – you can get these printable planner stickers for FREE!

- Color Printer
- White Cardstock or Sticker Paper
- Paper Trimmer or Scissors
- …and your planner or bullet journal to decorate!
Once you download these free printable planner stickers, you’ll just have to print them out, trim and use for decoration and planning. You’ll get a high-resolution PDF full of various label, list and artful sticker designs.
The sizing has been made for most of the common planner formats out there, but you can always print them sized up or down, to your preference and printer settings.
To get the best quality print-out, remember to print on white cardstock paper with your printer’s highest quality setting.
Since these designs were meant to be planner stickers, it would be handy to print the sheet of designs onto sticker paper. That way, you simply have to trim the various labels and be ready to use them.
However, it’s totally fine if you don’t have sticker paper. Just print on regular cardstock, trim to size and use a gluestick. I think it’s fine either way, the designs are still super cute!
Although these designs were meant as printable planner stickers, you can certainly use them in other ways. Try adding the bits and pieces into your art journal and sketchbooks – for labels and lists.
There are really many uses for these free printable planner stickers. And the great thing about printables is that you can use it again and again. Just print out another sheet to renew your embellishment stash instantly!
