Air fryer pizza croissants.

Hello, it’s Lisa Favre, and I am STOKED to be here today with yet another air fryer recipe! I think I should have my family officially refer to me as, “The Air Fryer Connoisseur!” 😉 It has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?

Ever since I got an air fryer of my very own, I’ve been hooked! In fact, my cousins are the same. Every time we get together, we give each other our best recipes and tips based on our air fryer experience. It’s a nice, foodie discussion over our regular family dinners!

How to Make Air Fryer Pizza Croissants

My oldest absolutely adores pizza. He’s loved it since he was a wee little one! At one point, he constantly requested his own pizza pie and I obviously just couldn’t place an order every week!

So you know what I did? I got creative!

I would make naan bread pizzas, English muffin pizzas… any sort of pizza alternative you can think of!

Today, I am SO glad to share with you these Air Fryer Pizza Croissants. They are very easy to make and require little ingredients that are easy to find at your local grocery store!

Air Fryer Croissant Tips

Can I add More Toppings/Fillings to My air fryer Pizza Croissants?

Absolutely! You can definitely add more toppings (or, “fillings,” in the case of these Air Fryer Pizza Croissants. We suggest cutting the fillings into small pieces and not overstuffing the croissants. Some popular fillings include:

  • Pepperoni
  • Red or green bell pepper (finely diced)
  • Onions (finely diced)
  • Black or green olives (cut into small pieces)

…the possibilities are endless! Just be sure that any additional toppings/fillings are diced or cut into really small pieces (as noted in the list above). Furthermore, you won’t want to overstuff your pizza croissants. Be sure that when you’re rolling up the croissant dough, that no fillings are sticking out or else it will get very messy!

Do I have to line my air fryer?

Lining your air fryer is all dependent on your specific machine’s instructions. Most air fryers allow for the use of parchment paper. I like to use it for easy clean up. So, to summarize: if you want to be extra sure, check out your air fryer’s user manual.

Don’t forget, you also have to check the fine print on your parchment paper. Some types can only withstand a certain temperature.
