Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with these rainbow recipes. My kids will love these fun food ideas!

It’s no secret that I love making fun food for and with my young children. For Valentine’s Day, we make heart shaped waffles, sandwiches and pizza, so I started thinking about what we can create next. St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, so I started looking online for inspiration! While there are numerous ideas to be found for green foods or shamrock shaped foods, I started rounding up these colorful rainbow recipes. What a great way to get lots of different fruits and veggies into your children! While I’m usually looking for holiday dinner ideas, I was also delighted to find some fabulous rainbow recipes for snacks, desserts and even a few for breakfast.
