Printing At Home

I’ve designed the weekly planner pages to fit on regular Letter-sized paper, so you can easily print at home as many copies as you need. There are four different color variations that would cover a whole month of planner.

Not only is it convenient to be able to print at home as you please, remember that you can keep using this digital printable all year long as your main planner and reprint if you need to re-plan or re-write tasks during busy weeks. I find that having an organized plan at the beginning of a week helps me to feel more energized and put together to tackle the days ahead.

As always when printing digital printables, be sure to check your printer settings and preview to ensure you print what you need. Alternatively, you can also send this file to your local office shop for printing as well.

Weekly Planning Tips

Once you have your weekly plan printed out, decide whether you want to date your weeks ahead of time or go through a pre-planning phase at the beginning of the week. I find that we often have appointments and dates set ahead of time, but the daily tasks might change day to day. So it’s better to plan week to week – which is why a weekly planner view is so popular.

My tips for weekly planning include setting a time each week to work through your plans. Giving yourself a scheduled time will ensure that you have the opportunity to really think about your week and look ahead. This will help you organize your priorities better.

Finally, consider rewriting your weekly plan if this gets a bit too messy after working through all the tasks and notes. Although this might be extraneous, I find that having a neat and organized weekly plan at the start of the week gives me a mental head start. It’s a lot better than looking at scribbles and tasks that have not been prioritized. This is why I love digital printables because I can always print out another copy when I need it!
