Life gets busy and more often than not, we have too many tasks on our minds. Some will invariably slip through the cracks if you don’t have a system in place. Especially for working moms who juggle many priorities at once, often for the whole family.

So I have designed this printable to-do list to help all of us get on top of our task lists in style. I wanted to create a happy design that would motivate us to check off the tasks, one by one. So whether you already use a planning system or just starting out, this printable to do list will definitely come in handy.

Using This printable to do list:

BRAINDUMP, PRIORITIZE and RELIST AS NECESSARY

Whenever I get that overwhelming feeling, it’s usually because I’m in a stressful time when I have too much on my plate. The best way to help myself is to use something like this free printable to do list. Nothing like a simple sheet of paper and pen to help myself get back on track.

The first step is to simply print out the printable to do list, as many copies as you need to braindump all the tasks on your mind. Literally, anything and everything that needs attention should be listed out. Whether it’s for work, home or kids – you can help yourself get organized by listing it out on this printable to do list.

Once you have all tasks listed, you’ll be able to look at the whole picture and prioritize accordingly. I find it helpful to go through a process of review, to thoroughly understand the task at hand. Sometimes my original task item will be broken up into multiple line items. The idea is to make it easy for myself to check off a task, so break it down as much as possible.

In my experience, I find it helpful to list tasks by priority or by category. This is why it’s helpful to have a printable to do list, because you can print out more copies and rewrite your lists as necessary. It truly does help with getting things sorted out making them all easier to approach. You’ll be on your way to being more productive and organized in no time!

PRINTING TIPS

When using printable downloads, remember that you can print as many copies as you need. It’s truly the beauty of printables, so you can use them over and over again just by printing another copy. You’ll never run out of this pretty floral to do list!

Also remember, even though this free printable to do list was designed as a full page Letter-sized print, you can always manipulate the final printout size. Consider printing 2 on one page or changing the percentage of your print output. Each printer will have its own unique printer setting menu, but there will definitely be an option to change the size.

Whenever you print a downloadable design, also remember to check the print preview and review your settings before clicking the print button. It’s a good rule of thumb to minimize mistakes whenever you print.

A nifty craft idea is to print yourself a stack of these to do list printables in a smaller size. Then you can make yourself little notepads to have around the house. They are handy around the house whenever overwhelm strikes and I need to write a list. I create stacks of this printable to do list with a binder clip to keep in the kitchen, living room, and office.
