These are not your mama’s cookies. These creative cookie recipes are fun for putting in your kid’s lunchbox, selling at bake sales, or just to have at home.

If I am going to bake anything, it’s going to be drop cookies that require little to no decorating. I’m just not patient enough to be a baker. All of the cookies on this list stood out to me. They are unique twists on drop cookies.
Some of them are more seasonal than others. But I can eat cranberry chocolate together at any time of year. I hope you enjoy this list as much as I enjoyed making it.

I love chocolate. I love it so much, you’ll find quite a few recipes in this list with some sort of chocolate in them. I love the sparkly sugar on the outside of these fudgy cookies.
3. Oatmeal Raisin Carrot Cookies
Do you love raisins? Either you love them or you don’t, there really isn’t any in-between. I love how the raisins give these cookies depth and texture. And the cream cheese filling inside these cookies is perfect- not too sweet.

They may not be the most creative cookies on the list, but a cookie roundup isn’t complete without peanut butter cookies! They are a classic and my entire family’s favorite.

Have you ever tried to make cookies with blueberries? I haven’t, and that’s why these cookies stood out to me. I love blueberry muffins, so I bet I’d love these too.

Aren’t these beautiful? It’s the perfect way to use up leftover sugar cookie dough. They look just like my daughter’s favorite donuts.

Sure, cranberries tend to be put in the “Christmas” category. But I can eat these cookies all year long! I love how the tart cranberries pairs with the sweet white chocolate chips.

Lemon and blueberries go so perfectly together, but I never thought to put them together in a cookie. The colors are delightful! These would sell really well at a bake sale.

I can’t get over how beautiful these cookies are! I’d probably eat the entire dozen in one sitting. They really are made with double stuff cookies too.

I had no idea you could use passionfruit in a cookie until I found this recipe. It really does use passionfruit pulp! Try them, I bet you love them.

These have a bold flavor. This comes from ginger, cinnamon, and molasses. They end up tasting a bit like gingerbread cookies.

The Aztecs really used to use chili powder in their hot chocolate drinks. And that’s how these cookies are made. You should try them, they are unforgettable.

These cookies are both salty and sweet. I love the crunch of the cashews on top. And thumbprint cookies are by far some of the easiest ones to make.
